These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.bymikeco.com and any purchases from By Mike Co. LLC ('By Mike Co.', 'we', 'our', or 'us'). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this website or purchase our products.

2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for pricing errors, suspected fraud, inventory issues, or any other lawful reason.

3. Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and may change without notice. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Product Information

We make every effort to accurately display our jewelry. Due to photography, monitor settings, and the handmade nature of jewelry, slight variations in color, finish, measurements, or gemstone appearance may occur.

5. Natural & Lab-Grown Diamonds

We sell both natural and laboratory-grown diamonds. Each product listing will identify the diamond type. Grading reports are provided when applicable.

6. Custom Jewelry

Custom, personalized, engraved, modified, or specially commissioned jewelry is final sale unless required otherwise by law.

7. Ring Resizing

One complimentary ring resize is included on eligible rings. Additional resizing or modifications may incur charges. Certain designs cannot be resized.

8. Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty

We provide a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, theft, loss, improper care, unauthorized repairs, or damage caused by alterations performed by anyone other than By Mike Co. LLC.

9. Returns & Exchanges

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days of delivery in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy. Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with all documentation.

10. Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States. Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, photographs, product designs, graphics, videos, and text, is the property of By Mike Co. LLC and may not be copied or used without written permission.

12. User Content

By submitting reviews, photos, or testimonials, you grant By Mike Co. LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for marketing and promotional purposes.

13. Disclaimer

Products and services are provided 'as is' except where warranties are expressly provided. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages where permitted by law.

15. Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or any purchase shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California under applicable arbitration rules. Each party waives the right to a jury trial or class action to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles.
