We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of your purchase.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unworn condition.

Most exchanges and returns can be started by using out contact form (Subject Line: RETURN REQUEST)

Please note: The 14-day return and exchange period begins on the date your order is available for shipment.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Orders outside the 14-day return window 

• Custom-designed jewelry Special Orders

• Personalized jewelry, including name necklaces

• Jewelry that has been altered during production at the customer's request

• Rings that have been resized or otherwise modified after purchase

• Items that have been repaired or modified after delivery

• Purchases made through our Lifetime Diamond Upgrade Program (final sale)

For your protection, all returned merchandise will be inspected upon receipt. Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
